John A. Bogdan, 49, of Stansbury Park, Utah, died at home October 20, 1990.

Born August 22, 1941 in Eureka, Utah to Luby and Milka Borich Bogdan. Married Judith Gail Glover February 11, 1966 in Pickwick Dam, Tennessee. He was a security guard for the Department of Defense in Dugway, Utah for the past nine years. He retired from the U.S. Government, U.S. Navy after 20 years. Veteran of Viet Nam. Graduated from Tintic High School in Eureka. He was an avid hunter, and loved the outdoors. he enjoyed working on cars, and was a good friend to all.Survived by his wife; son, John Brady Bogdan, both Stansbury Park; daughter, Mrs. Gregory (Michelle) Martin, Salt Lake City; his father of Eureka; four sisters, Mrs. Ted (Violet) Vanausdal; and Ms. Angeline Maxwell, both Dugway; Mrs. Jerry (Mary) Wilde, Terra, Ut; and Mrs. Marelo Evans, Eureka.

Services will be held at the Methodist Church in Eureka Tuesday, October 23, at 2 p.m. Friends may call at the church from 12:30 until time of services. Graveside military rites and interment in the Eureka City Cemetery under direction of Holladay Hills Funeral Home, Santaquin, Utah.
