Ruby Elaine Bolton Dunford, age 85, died Thursday, October 18, 1990 in Montpelier at the Bear Lake County Nursing Home, of causes incident to age.

Born April 7, 1905 at Paris, Idaho to Frank and Alice Angelina Price Bolton. On September 20, 1957, she married Thomas Jefferson Dunford in the Logan LDS Temple. He passed away August 9, 1964. She received her education at Emerson Elementary School and Fielding Academy in Paris, Idaho, and then at the McCune School of Music in Salt Lake City. She also studied the pipe organ with Frank Asper and Alexander Schriener. She was employed at the Bear Lake State Bank and later at the Bear Lake County Court House, as Deputy Assessor, and then Deputy Clerk, Auditor and Recorder. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, and served many years as an organist and chorister. Also as a Stake Relief Society Board Member and as President of the Bloomington Ward Relief Society. She taught piano and organ and served as President of the Bear Lake Community Concert Association and was also a member of the DUP.Survived by four step sons, J. Hulme Dunford, Bloomington, Idaho; Robert M. Dunford, Kaysville; Thomas J. Dunford, Sunset; Joseph W. Dunford, Twin Falls, Idaho; four step-daughters, Mrs. T. Jay (Nadine) Nelson, Bloomington, Idaho; Mrs. Lewis C. (Elaine) Elison, Blackfoot, Idaho; Mrs.

Garold C. (Leah) Christensen, Logan; Mrs. Edwin F. (Anne Marie) Rogers, St. George; 42 grandchildren, 90 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandsons, and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by husband, three brothers, four sisters, and one grandson.

Funeral services will be Monday, 2 p.m., October 22, in the Paris Idaho Stake Tabernacle. Friends may call at Matthews Mortuary, Sunday evening from 7-9 p.m. and on Monday at the Tabernacle in Paris from 12 noon until time of services. Burial, Bloomington Cemetery.
