Daniel Ray Burrows, 33, of Lehi, died Friday, October 19, 1990 in the American Fork Hospital from a brain tumor.
Born June 16, 1957 in Henderson, Nevada, son of Ray A. and Ireta Evans Burrows. Married Carolyn Gordon June 14, 1980 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. His occupation was in health administration, having worked for Research and Planning Consultants of Austin, Texas. Served an LDS mission to Tampa, Florida, 1976-78. Graduated from and received his Masters degree from BYU. Served as Young Mens President, and as a Scout and youth leader of exceptional quality. Loved all sports and camping with his family.Survived by wife, Carolyn, Lehi; three sons and two daughters, Daniel J., David Ray, Evan G., Sarah Lynn, Laura Marie; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Tubbs, Roy; Mr. Ray A. Burrows, Ogden; two brothers and one sister, Brett Burrows, and Bryan Burrows, both Ogden; Christine Burrows, Roy; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Charley Evans; and Mrs. Effel Riggs, all Hatch.
Funeral will be Monday, October 22, 12 noon, in the Lehi 2-5-9th LDS Ward Chapel, 300 North 500 East. Friends may call at Wing Mortuary, 118 East Main, Lehi, Sunday, 6-8 p.m. and also Monday, 10:30-11:30 a.m. Burial in the Lehi City Cemetery.
