The City Council will hold another public hearing tonight on possible changes in power rates for large users. The council continued the hearing from its Oct. 3 meeting because none of the businesses involved had representatives present.

City officials say the recommended changes would bring the large-user power rates more in line with other power fees. Three of the large users would see an increase in power rates and one a decrease. The hearing starts at 7:10 p.m. at the Spanish Fork City Hall, 40 S. Main.
