The City Council will review and take action on its proposal for a citywide secondary irrigation system in its meeting tonight.

The irrigation system will be offered as a lawn and garden system for residents and will be on a voluntary basis. Monthly costs for both culinary and secondary water, which should be operating in 1992, would be approximately $22.Also on the agenda for the council meeting, which starts at 7 p.m. in the Lindon City Building, 383 W. Lakeview, is a review of the city's garbage contract and setting dates for public meetings.

The city is currently serviced by Laidlaw Waste Management and the council will discuss a possible rate increase. The council will set a date for a public hearing on Community Development Block Grant moneys, which could be used for community improvements.
