Dr. Lorenzo Wayne Hatch, age 72, died Monday, October 15, 1990 in a local Salt Lake City hospital after an extended illness.

Born June 3, 1918 in Logan, Utah to Lorenzo Hill and Ina Porter Hatch. Married Lavina Quist Evans on June 20, 1941; later divorced. Graduated from East High School, the University of Utah, and the Palmer School of Chiropractic. Served in the U.S. Navy Medical Corps during World War II. Worked for many years at Brookfield Products, Inc. He loved playing golf; he traveled extensively worldwide; and he enjoyed all spectator sports.Survived by a daughter, Sharron Lee Hatch Gunnell; two grandchildren, Jennifer Gunnell and John Bradley Gunnell; brother, Dr. Robert L. Hatch; and a sister, Catherine H. Thompson. He was preceded in death by a brother, Dr. Hyrum P. Hatch.

Funeral services Friday, October 19th, 10 am, Larkin Chapel, 260 East South Temple where friends may call Thursday evening 6-8 pm and Friday the hour prior to services. Interment will be in the Salt Lake City Cemetery.
