The Davis Applied Technology Center has invested in a new computer lab that can be used to train employees of businesses and government agencies.
The new lab has 15 new Everex 386 SX machines and will be linked to the Novell Network. Software applications include WordPerfect, Lotus, DOS, and Enable.Classes are available for any organization needing computer training, said Greg Richens, the center's computer coordinator.
State money may be available to assist companies in training their employees on computers.
