A Lehi man will spend 90 days at the Utah State Prison's diagnostic unit before being sentenced on two counts of sexual abuse of a child, second-degree felonies.
Danny Owen, 29, 50 W. 200 North, pleaded no contest to the charges Friday before 4th District Judge Boyd L. Park. A charge of first-degree rape and a third sexual abuse charge were dismissed. The charges resulted from an incident involving a stepdaughter and a stepson. Owen could face up to 15 years in prison on each count.
