The history of divorce, theories of alimony and children's rights will be part of a two-day family law symposium Friday and Saturday, Oct. 19-20, at Brigham Young University's J. Reuben Clark Law School.
Three panels of family law scholars from across the nation will present findings from their most recent research and answer questions from the audience.
