Desert fishes will be discussed Tuesday, Oct. 16, at the Utah Audubon Society's general meeting at 7:30 p.m. at the Sugarhouse Garden Center, 1650 E. 2100 South.

Mark Rosenfeld, curator of fishes at the Utah Museum of Natural History, will discuss the various large bodies of water that existed in the Pleistocene Era and the contemporary hybridized fishes that have resulted in the passing of those lakes.New members and visitors are invited to attend the meeting.
