Paul Troy Baker, 16, died October 14, 1990 of injuries sustained in an auto accident near Scipio, Utah.

He was born April 28, 1974 in Salt Lake City to Paul Barry and Barbara Browning Baker. He was very active in the LDS Church, a priest in the Aaronic Priesthood, earned his Duty to God Award, Eagle Scout. At the time of his death, he was an eleventh grade student at Millard High School and a member of the first string varsity football team. He was loved and admired by all whose lives he touched. Devoted to his friends and family.Survived by his parents, Paul Barry and Sandy Baker, Steven and Barbara Wiscomb; brothers, Brian Tyler Wiscomb, Nicholas Paul Baker, all of Salt Lake City; grandparents, Paul P. Baker, Salt Lake City; Nadine Prince, Eli, Nevada; Lloyd and Theoline Browning of Murray; Ken and Gloria Wiscomb of Salt Lake City; great-grandmother, Emma Rygmyr, Minnesota.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday October 17, at 12 noon in the Fillmore Stake Center located at 2100 South 300 West where friends may call from 10-11:30 a.m. Additional funeral services will be held Friday October 19th at 12 noon at Little Cottonwood Ward Chapel located at 9575 South 3100 East in Sandy where friends may call Friday from 10-11:30 a.m. Burial will take place in the Larkin Sunset Gardens Cemetery in Sandy under the direction of the Olpin Mortuary of Fillmore.
