A non-profit volunteer agency that helps disadvantaged youths find employment, training and responsibility is looking for volunteers to help out a few hours each month.

Volunteers would be "friendly advisers" to young men, 16 to 22, who have returned to the Salt Lake area after attending a Job Corps center. Joint Action in Community Service, Inc., is a private non-profit volunteer agency that supports Job Corps by offering students advice. If you are 24 and know what it takes to find and hold a job and want to share your knowledge and experience with disadvantaged youths who need help, call Jack, 1-800-852-8988.
