Long-term care will be a major public issue during the 1990s. Shauna O'Neil, director of Salt Lake County Aging Services, will take part in a public forum on the issue from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 13, at the Salt Lake City Library, 209 E. 500 South. The public is invited.
