Myrle Roundy Fowler, age 79, of Provo, died October 7, 1990 in the Utah Valley Hospital following a stroke.

Born April 16, 1911 in Mapleton, Utah, to Samuel Edmond and Cassie D. Fullmer Roundy. Married Isaac Lynden Fowler, May 14, 1927, in Orem, Utah; marriage later solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple. He died December 3, 1987. Member LDS Church, Provo 9th Ward. She had served a stake mission in Richfield for 22 years, and accomplished great service with the Lamanite people, having had several live in her home. She, with her husband, had owned and operated "Lynn's Cafe" in Richfield and also in Provo. They had served together in the Provo Temple doing sealing work.Survived by sons and daughter, Edmond "Thel" Fowler, Provo; Merlyn Fowler, Syracuse; A. D. "Pete" Fowler, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Kyle (Joy) Jacobson, Sigurd; 17 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; brothers and sisters, Acil Roundy, Richfield; Edmund Roundy and Ada Taylor, both of Springville; Thelma Bair, Glenwood Springs, Colorado.

Funeral Thursday, October 11, 2 p.m., Provo 9th Ward, 667 North 600 East. Friends may call Wednesday evening 6-8 p.m. at Walker Mortuary, 85 East 300 South, Provo, and one hour prior to services at the church. Interment: Lehi City Cemetery under direction of Wing Mortuary.
