Two New York businessmen and a Texan have been indicted by a federal grand jury in Salt Lake City on charges of conspiracy and wire fraud.

Toby L. Polasky and Stuart Jay Young, Rego Park, N.Y., and John Robert Frascone, Mesquite, Texas, are accused of perpetrating what is known as a "box job" stock fraud.According to the indictment, a "box job" involves the control of sufficient stock in a company - New Minority Ventures Inc., in this case - to affect the price of the stock.

The indictment said Polasky and Young arranged during a meeting in Salt Lake City to "rent" $3.5 million in assets from Frascone for six months for $35,000 to artificially increase the value of their company.
