Noel Clyde Sullivan, age 44, born April 10, 1946, San Mateo, Calif.; died of cancer October 2, 1990, in Richardson, Texas.
He is survived by His wife, Sara Udall Sullivan. They were married December 17, 1975, in the Salt Lake City Temple. His children are Mason Noel Sullivan and Andrew Jesse Sullivan. The family resides in Richardson, Texas. He is survived by his parents, Clyde E. Sullivan and Nola De Jong Sullivan of Provo, Utah. He is the son-in-law of Addison and Ada Webster Udall, of Merced, Calif. His brother is Michael G. Sullivan and his wife, Christine, of Sandy, Utah. His sister is Kim S. Stevens and her husband, Craig, of Lafayette, Calif. Brother-in-law is Dr. Marc Udall and wife, Ruth, of Lindon, Utah. Sister-in-law is Lee Udall Bennion and husband, Joseph, of Spring City, Utah. Grandmother is Thelma De Jong of Provo, Utah. Uncle Norman D. Sullivan and wife, Jeannine of Kaysville, Utah. Aunt Bell VanWagenen and husband, Dean, of Provo, Utah. Aunt Carma Anderson and husband, Richard, of Provo, Utah.Noel attended secondary schools in California and Pennsylvania. He received his BA in Psychology from the University of New York in Buffalo; Dean's List and Regent Scholar June 1973. MBA from Brigham Young University April 1978. He served in the U.S. Navy, Submarine Service, from 1966 to 1969.
For the past 12 years he has been employed by Dow Chemical Company as a sales representative working from Dallas, Texas. He is a lifelong member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and most recently was Cub Master and Elders Quorum Teacher.
Funeral services previously held in Richardson, Texas. Memorial will be held in Provo, Utah, Monday, October 8, 1990, at 1 p.m. Friends may call from 12 noon until 12:45 p.m. at the Oak Hills 3rd Ward, Sharon East Stake Center, 2400 North 1060 East, Provo, Utah, one-half block north of Provo, LDS Temple. Burial thereafter at 2:30 p.m. in the Provo City Cemetery.
