Dr. Henry H. Bartholomew, a prominent Salt Lake physician, died Oct. 4, 1990, at his home. He was 69.

Dr. Bartholomew was a clinical professor of ophthalmology at the University of Utah Medical School and was also on the staff at LDS Hospital and Primary Children's Medical Center. He was also a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American College of Surgeons.He retired in January 1988.

Funeral services are scheduled Monday, Oct. 8, 1990, at noon in the Monument Park Stake Center, 1320 S. Wasatch Drive. Friends may call at Larkin Mortuary, 260 E. South Temple, Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. and at the stake center one hour prior to services. Interment will be in the Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
