As part of Orem City's annual fall cleanup program, the district landfill will allow residents to dump free of charge for two weeks.

To be eligible to receive this service, which will run from Saturday, Oct. 13, to Saturday, Oct. 27, Orem citizens must present identification, such as a driver's license or a utility bill, verifying that they are residents of the city.The regular fee of $2.50 per load or $17.50 per ton will be assessed for those who bring uncovered or unsecured loads.

Items such as tree branches need only be secured with a rope, but anything that could fly out must have some type of covering, like a tarp.

The North Utah County Landfill is located at approximately 2000 N. 2000 West in Orem and is open Mondays through Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
