A Woods Cross man was hospitalized early Thursday morning after his arm was caught in a printing machine for more than an hour.

Rick Wardle, 28, was working at Hoffine Printing, 2280 S. 600 West, when his right arm became stuck between printing rollers about 3 a.m., South Salt Lake police said.Wardle was trapped for more than an hour before rescue workers were able to free him. He was taken by Life Flight helicopter to LDS Hospital, where he was undergoing surgery Thursday morning, a spokeswoman said.
