"The Meaning of the Woodruff Manifesto" will be explored by Thomas G. Alexander at the dinner meeting of the Utah Valley Chapter of the Utah State Historical Society, Tuesday, Oct. 9, at 7 p.m. in the Sky Room of the Brigham Young University Wilkinson Center.

The dinner launches the chapter's 1990-91 lecture season. Future speakers include S. George Ellsworth, Larry Shumway, Clifford Ashton, Harriett Arrington, Kent Powell, William Mulder and Gary B.
