A Thursday afternoon debate among the four Salt Lake County Commission candidates was a an example of good ol' party-bashing politics.

Throw the Republican rascals out, pleaded the two Democrats, Randy Horiuchi and Jim Bradley, who are after the commission seats held by Tom Shimizu and Bart Barker. Horiuchi worked the terms "sweetheart deal" and "graft and corruption" into his comments whenever he got a chance.
