Carol Kingsolver, education department manager at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center has been named the center's Department Manager of the Quarter. Kingsolver is in charge of the medical library, satellite teleconferences and community education, teaches cardiopulmonary resuscitation classes and coordinates the Speaker's Bureau. Who's Who in the World, has selected N. Gregory Soter for inclusion in its 10th Edition. Soter is president of Soter Associates Inc., a Provo advertising agency. He serves on the executive committee of America's Freedom Festival at Provo and is a former president of the Innisbrook Network, an international association of advertising agencies. Frank Aydelotte has been appointed director of public affairs for the Utah National Parks Council of the Boy Scouts of America. He will direct internal and external public affairs at the council, work on long-range funding and be responsible for publishing the council's quarterly newsletter Partners-In-Scouting. Frances Perine has been selected to oversee human resource programs for Valtek's six operations in the United States. She has been with Valtek since 1978 and has held professional and supervisory positions in the Human Resource Group. Jim Rayburn has accepted a new full-time position with the Utah County Bureau of the Deseret News. His reporting assignments include the Utah County Commission, circuit and district courts, Alpine and Nebo school districts and Spanish Fork. He will be the education team leader and contribute Off-beat columns. Kelly Strong, security officer at Seven Peaks Resort Excelsior Hotel, was named Employee of the Month and honored recently at a banquet.
