Ousted Pakistani Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto attends a campaign rally east of Karachi. Bhutto and her Pakistan People's Party won a legal victory against the government Wednesday when the North-West Frontier Province high court overturned an order dissolving the region's legislative assembly. The provincial high court ordered the legislative body restored, but the government appealed to the national high court and blocked a bid to convene the assembly. Bhutto's government was dismissed last month on charges of corruption and incompetence.
