Eugene Dale Farmer, 77, died September 25, 1990 at his home.
Born December 30, 1912 in Spokane, Washington to John and Olive Jane Woodman Farmer. Married LaFonta Robertson August 17, 1940 in Farmington, Utah. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple on June 11, 1951.He was a builder in the construction trade and a veteran of WWII. He was an avid BYU Football fan. He loved the mountains and the desert and he enjoyed being with his family.
Survived by wife of Orangeville; four daughters, Mrs. David (Dalegene) Jones, Hurricane; Mrs. Nick (Stacy) Jensen of Cheyenne, Wyoming; Mrs. Cecil (Deena) Stanbourgh of Citrus Heights, California; Donna Beth Parker of Sutherlin, Oregon; three sons, Ted E. and GayAnn Farmer, Orangeville; Lance J. Farmer of Orangeville; Dale Douglas and Donna May Beahm, Sutherlin, Oregon; 21 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren; one brother-in-law, George A. McCartney of Pasco, Washington; three sisters-in-law; Alice Farmer of Spokane, Washington; Kenna Cox of St. George, Utah; Ruth Whimpey of Orangeville.
Funeral services will be held Saturday September 29, 11 a.m. in the Orangeville LDS Ward Chapel where friends may call from 9 a.m. until the time of the funeral Saturday morning. Internment will be in the Orangeville Cemetery under the direction of Fausett Mortuary.
