George Lucas has declared a truce in his "Star Wars" with Luther Campbell of the controversial 2 Live Crew rap group. Lucas's lawyers settled his $200 million suit with Campbell agreeing to quit using "Luke Skyywalker," a bastardization of he name of one of the "Star Wars" heroes, as a stage name. "What's happened is Luther Campbell is now more well known by his name, Luther Campbell, than by Luke Skyywalker," Campbell attorney Howard Frumes said. "So it made no sense to go further." Lucas had objected on the grounds that 2 Live Crew's vulgar lyrics damaged the "moral and wholesome" image of his Luke Skywalker character.
