Million-dollar wheels Car lovers check out a speedy (0-60 mph in 3.8 seconds) Ferrari F-40 that stopped briefly at Steve Harris Imports before going on to its new Colorado owner - who paid $1.2 million for the collector's item. Steve Harris Imports handled the transaction for the original owner of the car. The car dealership first sold the F-40 to the Salt Lake man three years ago for about $500,000. The car is one of the first 20 allowed in the United States. Only 200 F-40s will be built. The car was commissioned by Enzio Ferrari to celebrate the auto manufacturer's 40th year of building world-reknowned speedsters. Despite a top speed of 201 mph, it averages 17 miles to the gallon on the highway. The car is built to withstand impacts at high rates of speed.
