A bomb exploded Friday at 2 a.m. outside the Stockholm Sweden Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, according to church spokesman Don Lefevre.

Temple President John Langeland, from Salt Lake City, told church officials a bomb placed outside the building caused only minor damage to a side door. No one was injured.Local authorities told the temple president they could tell from footprints that several people, probably juveniles, planted the device, Lefevre said, adding that he had no information about other recent problems at the temple.

The temple was dedicated in July 1985 and is on a 4 1/2-acre site in Vasterhaninge, a suburb about 13 miles southeast of Stockholm.
