The Cleveland Force, the most successful franchise in the Major Indoor Soccer League in recent years, Friday became the fourth MISL team to fold since the end of the 1987-88 season.

The league said late Friday that it would hold a conference call among clubs Monday to plan for a seven-team league next season. A statement said the seven teams - Baltimore, Dallas, Kansas City, Los Angeles, San Diego, Tacoma and Wichita - would plan budgets this weekend.
