Secretary of State George Shultz's peace plan received a papal blessing Saturday on the eve of his Mideast peace mission, and he told reporters "I can feel it in my bones" that a solution to the region's conflicts is possible. Shultz, who was scheduled to fly from Rome to Jerusalem Sunday after attending Pope John Paul II's Easter Mass in St. Peter's Square, expressed optimism that peace efforts would "see a little headway" during the trip and he was certain the Arab-Israeli conflict could eventually be resolved.
