They should only be looking at the people who have committed crimes. Not the people the State thinks might commit a crime in the future. Bad precedent if set.

Texas needs to be "Messed with" after this Nazi type of rampage on the family. 1) absolutely it should be illegal in every state that any girl under the age of 18 can be married. They are CHILDREN!!! 2) after that is determined in this mess, send the kids home with their families and BUTT OUT!!! I have never seen any cps case that has made the Family better off! they are educated under Godless,freudistic
ideals that have nothing to do with a loving family based foundation especially if it is centered on God, any God. Jews, Muslim, Mormons, baptist and Catholic watch out, you may be next. When is this going to end, 416 children have been taken from their parents (yes 1 dad and many moms) Polygamy is strange to me but if they want to practice it then why should we as a nation stand in their way..... A girl at 17 can choose to marry anyone she wants, if people obey the law let them do what they want. Just watch the girls will all be over the legal age to marry!

I hope that people add to these post, write to the governor of texas and put pressure on them to end this miscarriage of justice!

The headline seems to bear no relation to the video. I'm under the impression that there are a lot of Jeffs mentioned in this case so the DNA analysis could prove enlightening as to how many under age children Jeffs impregnated.
The argument about neighbours in a street would be valid but this compound imposed control and power on children and it seems to me that it is highly relevant to compare what scientific evidence shows are the children of the same men living in nearby houses. Just a thought. This video records the views of those within the compound, who have every right to air their view. But they are seeking to defend a position which is extreme; legal process needs to determine the safety and future of hundreds of children caught up in the extreme lifestyle of adults who appear to have allowed under age sex as part of their enclosed community. There are men who need to be identified and prosecuted for these crimes and children who need to be protected.
