Calling it a "global resolution" to both federal and state cases, attorneys in the state case against accused Elizabeth Smart kidnapper Wanda Barzee agreed to a plea deal Monday.
A sister of Rebecca Toone, the 4-year-old Layton girl who died Saturday from suspected exposure to poison gas, was hospitalized Monday in intensive care.
A quilt, a crystal, two pictures and some memories are all Josie Thamert has left of her mother.
