    If you want to make it and sell it fine. If you do not want to affect your health do not eat much of any red meat. Most people do well with the Mediterranean diet of a little chicken, seafood, olive oil, vegetables and fruit. If you have had a heart attack, stroke diabetes it is better to not eat the chicken, seafood or olive oil. The average American diet has twice the protein needed it and it is hard on the kidneys. Look up Dr. Dean Ornish.
