    This is local inventional innovation at a local University, concocted by brilliant young minds and deserved a fist bump congratulations. Kudos to these young inventors and innovators. May the minds of our young people flourished in the search of outside of the box educational knowledge.

    Why is this story giving us more eco-liberal feel-good nonsense about how things break down? (You'd think it's bad enough that the authors go on and on about a topic that respectable people don't talk about in public!)

    Why can't the authors tell us about how free the people of Guatemala are? They don't have to pay taxes to support entrenched bureaucrats or maintain old-fashioned sewers? And if the environment was really a problem, surely some businessman would have solved it by now!
