Centerville man places most blame for brutal killing on father; plea allows him to avoid death penalty
Like father his outcome should be the same.
@ Tumbleweed +1 like. Absolutely! This is one of the unsung
benefits of the death penalty. It provides leverage for convictions.
He pled to avoid the death penalty. Otherwise he could have appealed a life
sentence without parole until the cows come home. Hence, one of the unique and
needed benefits of the State keeping the death penalty as an option.
How convenient to blame his deceased father, but he and his father were in this
together. No plea deal!
