Most of us sooner or later have to decide: what comes first career or family?
For women this is brutal, because family often means dissing the career. Not so
much with men, but men also sometimes have to forego a career opportunity in the
face of family needs. It never is an easy call, and I don't envy women
having to make this decision. But family first.
