    This is the first program like this of which I have read. It seems progressively positive and I hope people who have made bad choices are saved by it.

    This is a stop gap measure that may possibly give addicts a false sense of security while they continue to abuse opioids. Kentucky, West Virginia and Ohio have experienced significant increases in overdose deaths. I wonder if the president will help out these red states with funding for drug rehabilitation programs after he and the GOP repeal the ACA.
