There are homes built all over that in my opinion should not of been because there in harms way. There are homes that wasn't in harms way that now are. I see giant boulder's spewed all across the hillside. The age old question still remains. Is It Safe.

I think that those who are going to learn have by this point already learned that it is not smart to buy a home on the side of a mountain. There is no teaching the remainder; perhaps the hope is that we can convince the upcoming generation that flood plains and mounains etc are unsafe no matter what sales persons and compliant geologists may say. The best and most honest geologists and town planners should be sought so that government might fulfill a needed function for the public safety.
