Even is Trammell turns out to be a very average corner, that should be a huge
step up from what byu normally has for corner.
What a difference a year makes. Last year the secondary went through first
stringers during the training camp and we were thin all season. The linebackers
and defensive lineman were able to take up the slack and the defense held up
fairly well. This year the secondary is deep and will help backup the
linebackers and to some degree the DL. With improved coverage the front seven
will have those precious seconds to chase down the quarterback.Good
luck in 2014.Gooooooo Cougars!!!!!
Good to see Trammell is healthy - BYU will need him this season. Now let's
hope he doesn't have any off the field issues with which to deal...
It sounds like a great opportunity for Trammell. Great job on persevering and
working through the challenge of injury. Good luck this year.
