They may have a bit of a rebuilding year this year but these guys will be poised for a title run next year with all of the young talent they have across the board. That McChesney kid may be the most explosive player in the state as a Sophomore. It will be exciting to see how they do.

The McCheney kid will be very good this year. They are going to have a hard time replaceing Gjkowski / Murdock combination. It looks like they have three underclassman QB's who will be battling for the starting postion. All 3 look to be very skilled. The skilled athletes are always good at LP; the question is do they have the size to compete against some very big, run dominated teams in Region 4. They have won or tied for the region title many years in a row and they have gone to the final 4 at the playoffs 4 straight seasons. Tough to live up to. Good luck Knights

They won't really have the size this year, but next year they will have an imposing line. The Sophomore and Freshmen classes boast some big/skilled linemen which will make them a force in the coming years.
