You'll have to be patient with "delusional" Ute fans, Duckhunter.
Utah's accomplishments are quite recent, so we still have plenty of mileage
to get out of them. Consider BYU - their last accomplishment was THIRTY years
ago, and they're still claiming to be king. How rude of the SEC and ACC to
point out the emperor has no clothes!
@uuAnd you can still sit at home during bowl season like you do
every year. I'll more than likely spend that time in Miami.
@Duckhunter "It is a fun thing for the rest of us to witness though.
LOL!"Sorry Duckhunter you won't get to witness Utah's
annual victory over BYU this year. You'll have to wait until 2016.
However, you can still go to Tulsa like you do every year.
@Pac manI don't think the "program" thinks they can do
it, in fact I think those actually in the program know they cannot. They know
they aren't any good, they admit it all of the time as they whine about how
"tough it is". The arrogance, or at least delusion, is in the
"fan"base of that program. What you have is a group of never
been's who have decided to like a certain program and then based on just
deciding to like that program they have convinced themselves they are somehow a
superior group of people, this despite the FACT the program they simply decided
to like isn't very good, in fact it is quite bad. It is a fun
thing for the rest of us to witness though. LOL!
I hope this doesn't mean that were gonna start moving the best athletes
from reciever to corner for depth. Defense is not the problem, offense is the
obvious problem. The D lost one game for you last year, the offense lost
you the rest. In some cases Utah won despite their offense because their D was
playing well. Keep the recievers and running backs where they belong this
isn't the mountain worst anymore.
The arrogance of a program that thinks it can change OCs every year, install a
new offense every year, enter fall camp with an injury-prone starter and an
untested back up every year, play a demanding schedule against a league
dominated by excellent quarterbacks, and still be competitive...is
Get better Reggie!
Too bad for Reggie. Get healthy and come back strong! We're fairly deep
at corner so this shouldn't be much of a concern, but always hate to see
this.Coach Christensen will prove he should be the new coach of the
Pac 12 Utes this season after turning this offense around - mark my words.Utah 7-5 Go UTES
