Are you sure Biden said that?Biden didn't say "nation."
He said "nations." . . . PLURAL.“There is no reason
the nations of Africa cannot and should not join the ranks of the world’s
most prosperous nations.”How does that not make sense?Wow! Why are Republicans so diligent now in monitoring the diction and
enunciation of Biden? . . . When GW Bush was practically incomprehensible. GW
couldn't pronounce the word "Nuclear" if his life depended on it,
and Republicans LOVED him for it.You Republicans are just not to be
believed.In the words of the immortal GW Bush . . . " . . .
fool me once, shame on shame on you. Fool me you can't get fooled
again."But GW did sometimes reveal some real nuggets of truth
without realizing it . . . Like this comment descriptive of his
administration.. . . "Our enemies are innovative and
resourceful, and so are we. They never stop thinking about new ways to harm our
country and our people, and neither do we." - GW Bush, Aug. 5, 2004,

Hey David -"I especially liked the report from candidate Obama
when he stated that he had been campaigning so hard, he had nearly visited all
57 states."And you must have loved the reports saying that the
Clintons stole the White House China. And all the reports of
Obama's birth in Indonesia, or Africa, or China or ANYWHERE but America. If you see it on a Right Wing Web site, it's got to be true . . .
Right? . . . True enough to be published in the Deseret News.Yeah sure, Biden thinks Africa is a nation. You
"Conservatives" must be confusing Biden with GW Bush or Sarah Palin . .
. OR maybe Mike Lee.
GaryOIf you do a simple online search you can listen to Obama's
quote. Don't rely upon me or any right-wing news media. Go look it up
yourself, if you care to take the time. Obama said he visited
nearly all 57 states while campaigning. Now to be honest, he must have been
exhausted from the campaign trail. But its a funny statement and quote. So
I'll give him some slack. You ought to try the same for those you disagree
I know this one's a bit politically thornier than usual, but it's
easily one of my favorites. Thank you!
