From the riley nelson era we know that Bronco prefers a QB who likes to run than one who can throw. Being an accurate passer is not a requirement of a bronco QB.

I attended the practice today and I came away impressed with Christian Stewart. He appears mobile enough for the offense and seems to possess a good arm. His throws were mostly on target. Based upon what I saw today, I think he is a solid #2 QB.

BYU has a strong and deep group of wide out receivers. Apo, Leslie, Blackmon, Mathews and Kurtz are all talented. Hill has plenty of big targets to throw to on the outside. The tight end position seems unclear based upon what I saw today. It will be interesting to see who ends up getting the majority of the playing time there. The same is true for the slot position.

Hine will be fine as the back-up to Williams.

Glad we have a good backup, and these receivers . . .

Hopefully the BYU offense can run up the score high enough to get the back up QB some quality playing time.
