It seems like every year we are on pins and needles about the secondary, but it seems like every year we have players step up and take over without too much trouble. In fact, it seems like we've gotten better every year in this department. We've certainly got enough bodies it seems, it's just a matter of who will step up. I'm cautiously optimistic.

Aggie238,

I wish I shared your optimism. Without seeing the JC guys coming in, this is definitely a weakness on the team, an in my opinion it is the hardest position to play in todays game. I was nervous about this last year when I noticed 98% of the CB reps were going to seniors. Anderson also relied heavily on JC guys at this position, I would hope we could get more stability at CB with some solid underclassmen working their way through the system.

All that being said, I feel we are strong at the coaching in the secondary, so that is where any of my optimism lies.
