Jay Yeomans, regarding New Orleans' supposed 'rim protectors',
yes, they ranked 1st in the NBA in blocked shots. However, they allowed
opponents to shoot over 50% from inside the 3pt line (27th of 30 teams). And
they were a poor rebounding team (22nd). They were a poor passing team (19th).
Jimmer won't help them in any of these areas. Not a good acquisition.
I think he'll fit on the bench just as well as he had on the bench with his
other teams. Most benches are about the same.
This is great pick-up for NO. The Gatorade isn't going to fill itself.
Jimmer will work hard and do his best to work his way into the system. Good Luck
Jimmer. I will be watching.
I just hope they finally give him a chance. He's never had a chance yet.
I'm thinking he will look really good on the bench. The Jimmer cult needs
to accept that he is a total bust.
That,s the good thing about the internet. You can get on...trash someone, and
never be held to accountability.......
