I really feel so sad inside when I read stories like this. To help spread the word and pictures I have shared this. I hope the baby is found safe and returned without incident, quickly.

Based on your article, are we to assume the suspects are walking to Utah? I'm surprised that no car description was given for this Amber Alert.

The local ABC News affiliate included information about the vehicle and license plate number and a picture of the vehicle. Can't understand why the Deseret News omitted this info too.

I would imagine that there is a whole lot more to this story than we are getting here. Why was the child with her grandmother? Is there a custody battle going on here? There are two women traveling together which may show this was planned ahead of time and others may be involved in the family.

If they think the car is headed to Utah. . . what does the car look like and what part of Utah do they think they might be headed to?

I am so glad the baby has apparently been found and is safe. I learned this by using Google and the names of the baby and suspect. However, there is obviously much confusion in this baby's life so I hope she will have the support of the more stable people available to care for her. It is so sad to have children whose parents are in prison (according to the article I read).

Accounts on non Utah news media says the parents of this child is in jail and the grandmother was awarded custody. But that doesn't make a grandparent the best choice for the childs welfare and I suspect the niece has cause and justification to remove the child from some kind of endangerment. We all have visions but that doesn't make every one a mental case and I'm sure the police have done a good job to exaggerate this vision as a compulsive disorder which more than likely is not true.

Look at the Susan Cox grand parents after they were awarded custody of Josh and Susan kids while the police harassed Josh for 4 years, the courts took children away from the Cox grandparents as unfit.

The niece has no history of mental condition and I would withhold judgement based on police and the courts. I know there are many times and many cases where the police and courts are the worst thing to happen to kids. Women are not autocratically the best care takers of children and often the most dangerous to childrens lives by exposing them to personal harm and injured victims.
