Liberals fear an educated voter base, so they start brainwashing them young. Hopefully the youth see the destruction that has happened as a result of liberal government.

Since when does education create conservatives? For the past generation the least informed, least educated voters overwhelmingly vote republican.
Most of today's teens know human rights for everyone are a good thing.

Worf: Is your definition of patriotism to cheer when your country invades another one? I would say true patriotism means you abhor war and massive defense spending.

Very young people might be ignorant of Bush administration policies that got us into the current mess. But they will recognize bigotry when they see it. If the GOP wants to take advantage of this ignorance of recent history they need to change their stance on gay rights sooner rather than later. Or they can watch young voters go elsewhere.

Excuse me if I'm wrong, but those listed as having "some high school" or "high school diploma or GED" as the highest education are the ones I would classify as the "least educated", and they overwhelmingly vote Democrat. It is true that some with advanced degrees vote Democrat, but this is mostly because liberals have hijacked the higher education system and their brain-washing extends through college.

Besides, I lived in Chicago during the 2008 election, and I can tell you from experience that conservatives are far more educated than liberals in general.

Riverton: Take a look at the southern States. Several studies published in the past few years back up my claim.

Yes, ignorance breeds conservative voters.
