Why would someone expect that the same people, who won't help pay for your
medical care, would be willing to pay for your transportation.
Hello Ultra Bob, I didn't mention paying for my transportation, so
as not to be to wordy, However, I believe money can be saved (I believe $12
per one way trip) per ride by using appropriate sized vehicles or outsourcing to
the private sector when necessary. Also, since other para transit companies
have had extensive legal fees, it would be a savings overall.
If someone is homebound, but capable of getting to their door, there should be a
way for accommodations to be provided in order for those who are disabled to
have the opportunity to get out of their house and taken to a specific
destination in the local area.
