So in other words, in Tennessee, those poor people who play the lottery regularly are really paying for college a dollar at a time. Clearly, lesson 1 in the college-prep program needs to be--if you want to be successful in life, stop playing the lottery!

Is there a minimum GPA that they have to maintain in HS in order to be eligible for this program? If they can't hold at least a 2.25 GPA they probably won't complete the first year.
