It is a violation of their name. Why didn't they first seek permission to
use it? What if a suggestion goes wrong. Something isn't structural enough.
The company can get sued because they thought it was an official site based on
the name of the site. Fine print saying it's not an official site
doesn't mean a law suit won't be filed.
