    Sadly, "reasonable", you assume a lot (erroneously) about what I "truly believe".

    Not only are we an overly litigious society, we are way to quick to throw rocks before understanding all the facts.

    SO...you truly believe that selling obviously-hazardous items is a good business plan?
    Why do you believe people should not be held responsible for such items?

    What if YOUR child was left a quadriplegic by this stupid toy....when someone landed on him?

    I hope it is successful for them and also hope they have a healthy insurance plan to protect their families.

    Looks cool and fun. I expect the local distributor will survive until there's an accident and somebody breaks their neck... then the lawyers are the only ones who will be making any money and they will go out of business. But it should be fun while it lasts...
